FOR A second year in a row, Busy Signal — through his Busy 20/20 Helping Hands Foundation — hosted a back-to-school community fair at Buxton All-Age School in St Ann on Sunday.
The entertainer hails from that community.
Nearly 400 children showed up for the treat which saw them receiving books, pencils, backpacks, and school supplies valued at $2 million. They also enjoyed rides and bounce-about in the kiddies village
